Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calling to generate interest and qualify potential leads.

- Execute outbound email campaigns to engage prospective clients and event participants.

- Run and manage outreach campaigns using different communication channels.

- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

- Update lead details and activity status in CRM or tracking sheets.
n
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.

- Maintain accurate records of daily outreach activities and campaign performance.

- Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in any discipline.
n




- Previous internship experience in any field is mandatory.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone and email.
n
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools.
n
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
