Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Floating Shift Timings: 4:00 AM to 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM

to drive business growth by counselling prospects, converting leads, generating new business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets.




Counsel students and recommend suitable programs
Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
Performance & Targets
Variable pay during probation (first 3 months) linked to performance
Compensation
Probation: Monthly incentives + performance bonuses (up to ₹2L/month cap)
4–8 years in Sales / Business Development / Counselling / EdTech
