Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Styling Intern

Traineeship Tenure: 6 months (with the possibility of securing a full-time role post completion, based on performance)

Location: Andheri- Mumbai

Working Mode: 5 days working, from office (In office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Production Support

- Assist in creating moodboards, style references, and look directions for upcoming shoots.

- Research current trends, brand tones, and visual inspirations relevant to the project.

- Support in preparing styling breakdowns, lookbooks, and character/style guides.

2. Sourcing & Coordination

- Assist the styling team in sourcing garments, accessories, shoes, and props.

- Coordinate with designers, stores, PR agencies, rental services, and vendors.

- Manage pick-ups, drop-offs, courier coordination, and inventory tracking.

3. Shoot-Day Assistance

- Support the lead stylist in dressing talent, maintaining continuity, and organizing looks.

- Ensure garments stay clean, steamed, and shoot-ready throughout the day.

- Manage last-minute styling needs, alterations, and quick fixes during the shoot.

- Maintain a neat and organized wardrobe area on set.

4. Post-Shoot Responsibilities

- Assist in cataloguing items, repacking,



and managing returns with vendors and brands.

- Help with documentation of credits, look details, and vendor acknowledgments.

- Track expenses, bills, and rental documentation for production reporting.

5. Documentation & Organization

- Maintain styling logs, looklists, references, and vendor databases.

- Help manage a styling archive and internal library of looks and accessories.

- Support the team in creating styling decks for internal and client presentation.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong eye for fashion, color, silhouettes, and visual aesthetics.

- Basic knowledge of apparel, styling trends, and garment types.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

- Must be proactive, organized, and comfortable working on-ground.

- Basic sewing/altering knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Students or recent graduates in Fashion Design, Styling, Fashion Communication, or related fields. - Prior internship experience in styling, fashion shoots, or production is a plus.

- A small styling portfolio or moodboard samples are preferred.
