We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Team Lead) — Kolhapur

Ekam Invento (Ekam Interface Pvt. Ltd.) — India's B2B marketplace for liquidating surplus industrial inventory — is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to lead our Kolhapur team and own our buyer-acquisition and campaign engine.

If you love the chase of finding the right buyer, closing deals, and building long-term relationships across India's industrial ecosystem, this is your role.

Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra (with Pan-India travel as required)

Experience: 3–5 years in Business Development / Sales / B2B trading

Type: Full-time, on-site + field

What you'll do

- Lead and mentor the Business Development team at our Kolhapur base
- Act as Campaign Manager — plan, run, and track buyer outreach campaigns for surplus/liquidation lots end to end
- Identify and connect with buyers — traders, bulk buyers, retrofitters, repair companies,



and retailers — for moving surplus inventory
- Travel Pan-India whenever required to meet buyers, inspect deals, and close on ground
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and channel partners
- Drive targets, report on pipeline, and turn campaigns into confirmed deals

What we're looking for

- 3–5 years of proven B2B business development, sales, or industrial trading experience
- A natural relationship-builder who can also lead a small team
- Willingness and readiness to travel across India
- Solid communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Comfort with industrial products, distributors, and MSME buyers is a big plus
- Self-starter energy — someone who owns outcomes, not just activity
