Job Description

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to support Refine's creative output across every project and touchpoint. This role is based in our Hyderabad, India office. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong, well-rounded design skills and an interest in real estate, working under the direction of the Managing Partner (Refine India) and guidelines of Marketing Director (Refine Dubai).

What You'll Do:

n

Produce social media content, digital marketing assets, mood boards, presentations and other digital and printed materials

n

Support the development of brand identity elements and templates, keeping them consistent across projects

n

Execute individual pieces of content accurately and on-brand from a brief handed down by the Marketing Director

n





Manage multiple design requests and deadlines at once, maintaining a consistently high standard of output

n

Adapt and refine assets based on feedback from management

n

What You Bring:

n

Some experience in or exposure to the real estate market is an advantage

n

A solid portfolio showing strong, versatile design work across different formats

n

A working understanding of how real estate projects are sold, and how design supports that

n

Expert-level command of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

n

Excellent written and spoken English

n

Solid attention to detail and the ability to work in tight deadline windows
