What You Will Actually Get to Do and Grow Into:

n

- Own the design and build of high-impact presentations, from client pitches and brand strategy decks to leadership town halls and internal communication decks, translating dense content into visual stories that are simple, sharp, and easy to follow.
n
- Team up with client engagement leads, copywriters, and designers to shape how ideas are told on the slide, not just how they look. You will influence narrative flow and structure, not only visuals.
n
- Build and maintain reusable slide templates, master layouts, and design systems in PowerPoint (and Google Slides where needed) so decks stay on-brand and easy to update at speed.
n
- Bring the same craft to design work beyond decks, campaign creatives, social assets, one-pagers,



and internal communication collateral across print and digital.
n
- Turn complex, layered ideas (data, frameworks, org charts, timelines) into visual formats that are simple, sharp, and powerful.
n
- Dive into market, competitor, and audience research to strengthen your creative and structural decisions on every deck you build.
n
- Own your timelines like a pro. Deliver polished, presentation-ready decks on schedule without compromising on craft or clarity.
n
- Spot creative and structural roadblocks before they become problems. Suggest smart, practical fixes that keep decks and projects moving.

Who this Role is Perfect for:

n

n
- Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design work (pitch decks, corporate/leadership decks, brand or communication decks) alongside broader graphic design work across print and digital.
n
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (animations, master slides, transitions) and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for supporting design assets.
n
- Exceptional eye for detail, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to maintain brand consistency across slides and formats.
n
- Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to turn dense or technical content into a explicit visual narrative.
n
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely within cross-functional teams, and used to translating verbal or written briefs into slide-ready structures.
n
- Receptive to feedback, adaptable to evolving briefs, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
