Hiring: Consultant / Empanelled Medical Oncologist

KPCIRC is seeking an experienced Medical Oncologist to join our clinical panel. In this role, you will collaborate with our clinical, molecular, and computational oncology teams to translate patient-specific genomic data into evidence-based treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consultations & Second Opinions: Conduct in-person and tele-consultations for newly diagnosed, recurrent, metastatic, and complex cancer cases. Review external medical records and provide structured second opinions.
- Test Prescription: Exercise independent clinical judgment to prescribe advanced diagnostics, including molecular profiling, tumour genomic testing, germline/pharmacogenomic testing, and liquid biopsies.
- Report Sign-Off: Independently review patient-specific clinical decision reports, evaluate the clinical relevance of molecular findings, and sign off on treatment recommendations.
- Collaborative Care:



Participate in multidisciplinary Molecular Tumour Boards and identify patients suitable for clinical trials or biomarker-driven therapies.

Candidate Requirements:

- MBBS with a recognized postgraduate/superspeciality qualification in Medical Oncology and valid registration.
- Proven ability to independently assess complex cases and a robust understanding of systemic cancer therapy.
- Experience with NGS, precision oncology, and digital clinical workflows is highly preferred.

Engagement & Support Details: This is a non-salaried, revenue-sharing engagement. Revenue sharing applies to consultations, second opinions, clinical case reviews, MTB participation, and report sign-offs. KPCIRC provides full support, including patient referral pathways, clinical coordination, structured case summaries, and telemedicine infrastructure.
