Role

n

The Senior Executive – Logistics & MIS will be responsible for managing logistics operations, transportation coordination, inventory movement tracking, and data-driven reporting (MIS). The role requires ensuring timely dispatches, maintaining high service levels, optimizing logistics costs, and generating accurate reports for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

n

n
- Monitor and manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
n
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth movement of goods.
n
- Track shipment status, identify delays, and proactively resolve transportation issues.
n




- Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance and maintain service level KPIs.
n
- Handle reverse logistics, claims, shortages, and damaged material resolution.
n
- Candidate should have robust knowledge of import/export procedures, regulatory compliance, and global supply chain operations

MIS & Reporting

n

n
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to logistics, dispatches, fill rate, freight cost, inventory movement, and service levels- .
n
- Generate reports for management review and business decision-making.
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
n
- Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
n
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).
n
- Knowledge of logistics KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate, freight cost, inventory accuracy, TAT, and vehicle utilization.

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
n
- 4–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, and MIS reporting.
n
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, Manufacturing, or E-commerce industry preferred.
