We're looking for an Interior Designer who combines strong design sensibility with client communication skills and a practical understanding of residential interiors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking a project from understanding the client's needs to developing design concepts and ensuring the final design is both beautiful and functional.

What You'll Do

n

Design & Develop

n

n
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom storage solutions.
n
- Develop layouts and design concepts based on client requirements.
n
- Select materials, finishes, colours, textures, and hardware.
n
- Create spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and practicality.
n

Client Interaction

n

n
- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and design preferences.
n
- Present design concepts and explain recommendations clearly.
n
- Guide clients through design decisions and help them make confident choices.
n
- Build strong relationships through a thoughtful and professional design experience.
n

n

Project Coordination

n

n
- Coordinate with technical, execution, and factory teams.
n
- Ensure designs are practical, detailed, and execution-ready.
n
- Communicate design requirements effectively throughout the project.
n




- Support the project team in maintaining design intent from concept to completion.
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 2–6 years of experience in residential or modular interior design.
n
- Solid understanding of residential interiors and space planning.
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
- A strong eye for design, detail, and aesthetics.
n
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into thoughtful designs.
n
- Confidence in recommending design solutions rather than simply presenting options.
n
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
n
- Passion for creating timeless, functional, and beautiful spaces.
n

Technical Skills

n

Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software, or similar design tools is preferred.

n

Technical skills are important, but we're equally interested in your design thinking, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with clients.
