Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for serving as the strategic interface with assigned business units for the purpose of business/IT strategy planning, development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; Provides leadership, organizational structure and resource management for multiple Engineering teams.
Provide support and mentoring to technical team leads, including talent and succession planning.

Relevant experience and educational requirement:
~ Masters or bachelor's in engineering in IT/ Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Systems.
~14+ years of experience in IT development with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in application design activities.
~ Experience in implementing projects leveraging Java, Microservices and cloud implementations i.e AWS / Azure services.
~ Good technical experience in Java, Angular, DevOps and open-source projects.
~ Exposure to Agile / TDD / BDD based development
