We're looking for Client Servicing superstars to join our team across levels — Executive | Sr. Executive | Assistant Manager | Manager | Senior Manager.
n
This isn't a job where you simply forward emails and make follow-up calls.
n
You'll be at the heart of the action — working with brands, understanding their business, cracking briefs, coordinating creative & production teams, managing timelines, presenting ideas and making sure the final experience delivers.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
→ Own client relationships and day-to-day communication
n
→ Understand briefs and translate them into actionable plans
n
→ Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Production & Operations teams
n
→ Develop proposals, presentations, budgets and timelines
n
→ Present ideas confidently and sell the thinking behind them
n
→ Manage multiple projects without losing your cool
n
→ Keep clients happy while keeping the internal teams moving
n
→ Be involved from "Here's the brief" → "Let's make it happen."
n
What we're looking for:

Ability to think beyond the brief
n
Commercial understanding and attention to detail
n
Ability to handle pressure, deadlines & multiple stakeholders
n
A problem-solving attitude

Someone who enjoys working in the rapid-paced world of brands, events, activations & experiences
n
Experience in an event / experiential / advertising / activation agency is a big plus.
n
