Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, building solid, long-term

partnerships.

• Understand client business objectives, brand positioning, and marketing challenges to

deliver strategic branding solutions.

• Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure project requirements are

translated into effective deliverables.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and approvals while maintaining high-quality

standards.

• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services to grow

client accounts.

• Present proposals, creative pitches, and reports to clients confidently and persuasively.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with fresh insights

and recommendations.

• Handle client escalations with professionalism, offering solutions that balance client

satisfaction with agency interests.

• Track account performance, project profitability, and client feedback to ensure long-term

client retention.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or

related field.

• 4–8 years of experience in account management, preferably in a branding, advertising, or

creative agency.
