We are looking for a sharp, highly organized and execution-oriented Executive Assistant – Director's Office to work closely with senior leadership.
This is not a conventional secretarial role. The position requires someone with strong comprehension, excellent follow-through, sound judgment and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Track priorities, action items, commitments and follow-ups arising from the Director's Office
- Convert discussions and verbal instructions into clear tasks and next steps
- Coordinate with internal teams, senior employees, consultants and external stakeholders
- Follow up on timelines, deliverables and pending matters until closure
- Maintain structured trackers and provide concise status updates
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries and action points
- Identify delays, dependencies and bottlenecks and escalate them appropriately
- Support special projects and management initiatives
- Conduct research and information gathering as required
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretion
- Ensure effective communication and follow-through across stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution
- 3–7 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Executive Assistance, CEO/MD Office, Director's Office, Founder's Office, PMO, Project Coordination or Management Coordination preferred
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership will be an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and business productivity tools
