HIRING: Medical Patient Services Administrator | B.Pharm/Medicine Graduates

We're looking for B.Pharm or Medicine graduates with EXCELLENT communication skills to serve UK patients.

THIS IS THE ROLE:

Handle patient calls & emails professionally

n

Manage appointment scheduling & patient queries

n

Maintain accurate medical records

n

Coordinate pharmacy-related patient questions

n

Support patient care pathways

n

WHAT WE NEED:

Must-Have:

n

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) OR Bachelor of Medicine degree

n

EXCELLENT English communication (spoken & written)

n

Professional demeanor

n

Ability to explain medical concepts clearly

n

Technical:

n

MS Office (Email, Word, Excel)

n

Comfortable with phone & email systems

n

Attention to detail

n

Nice-to-Have:

n

✓ Healthcare experience

✓ Customer service background

n

✓ Familiarity with NHS/UK healthcare

JOB DETAILS:

Mohali, India (Office-based)

n

9-hour rotational shift (8:30 AM - 12:30 AM)

n

5 days/week in office + rotational day-offs

n





Full time, Permanent after 3-month probation

n

₹3,00,000 - ₹3,60,000 per annum
