Clinical Nurse & Training Coordinator – iMEP on the Move

Location: Uttar Pradesh | Extensive Weekday Travel

n

Nipro India Healthcare R&D; skill development Center is looking for a qualified and experienced Nurse to support its iMEP on the Move- Mobile clinical treatment based education programme across Government Hospitals and Medical Colleges in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

n

The mobile unit is equipped with:

n

n
- Dialysis Treatment Room
n
- Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Fundus Camera
n
- Vascular Access Training Classroom
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support doctors and technicians during dialysis and other approved clinical procedures
n
- Assist with patient preparation, monitoring and infection-control practices
n
- Support diabetic retinopathy screening after training
n
- Conduct and assist with classroom and practical training for nurses, technicians and medical students
n
- Support live clinical demonstrations and educational programmes
n
- Travel wherever the iMEP on the Move bus is deployed in Uttar Pradesh
n

Qualification

n

n
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
n
- Valid Nursing Council registration
n




- Relevant hospital clinical experience
n
- Dialysis / Nephrology / ICU / Vascular Access experience preferred
n

n

Necessary on-the-job and product training will be provided by Nipro.

n

Reporting to: Operations Manager – iMEP on the Move

n

Candidates must be comfortable with regular weekday travel across Uttar Pradesh.
