We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – OOH

Marquis Advertising & Marketing is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Develop relationships with brands, corporates and advertising agencies.
- Pitch and sell our diverse OOH advertising solutions, including hoardings, billboards, gantries, DOOH/LED screens and other outdoor media.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and customised media plans based on client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure and client servicing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:





- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in OOH/Outdoor Advertising, Media, Advertising or Corporate Sales.
- Strong understanding of the OOH advertising ecosystem will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition and business closures.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- An existing network within brands, corporates or agencies would be an advantage.
