Role Overview

Tailorworks is looking for a creative and detail oriented Designer to lead bespoke design projects for our luxury B2C clientele. The ideal candidate will combine a refined sense of style, deep fabric knowledge, and strong client-handling skills to craft custom menswear pieces that reflect individuality, precision, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Design and develop custom collections including suits, sherwanis, bandhgalas, tuxedos, and contemporary ethnic wear.

n

Interact directly with clients to understand their preferences, body types, and event requirements to curate personalized looks.

n

Collaborate closely with the production, tailoring, and quality teams to ensure the final garment aligns perfectly with the approved design.

n

Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments aligned with the brand's luxury bespoke aesthetic.

n

Stay updated with global trends while maintaining the Tailorworks design language.

n

Coordinate with the styling and photography teams during shoots and brand campaigns.

n





Ensure timely delivery of samples and final garments while maintaining fit, finish, and quality standards.

n

Contribute to seasonal concept development and design planning for upcoming collections.

Requirements:

n

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

n

2-5 years of experience in designing (bespoke or couture experience preferred).

n

Strong portfolio showcasing ethnic, formal, and fusion menswear.

n

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D (preferred).

n

Excellent knowledge of fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and detailing.

n

Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.

n

Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate efficiently across departments.
