We’re building a large-scale recycling platform focused on recovering maximum value from end-of-life materials. You’ll work directly with the founders to develop the technology and turn it into a commercially scalable operation.

Role

- Work directly with the founders on technology and operations

- Develop and improve material recovery processes

- Work across mechanical, thermal, and chemical processes

- Take processes from lab → pilot → commercial plant

- Improve recovery, purity, efficiency, and cost

- Work with machinery and technology vendors

- Support plant design, commissioning, and operations

- Troubleshoot technical and operational problems

- Help build SOPs and improve day-to-day plant performance

- Research and develop new ways to recover valuable materials

Qualifications

- Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field





- Preferably 3+ years of experience in e-waste, recycling, resource recovery, or related industries

- Experience with hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, or separation processes

- Hands-on experience with pilot plants, process design, or plant operations

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Comfortable working with vendors, machines, and plant teams

- High ownership and willingness to work in a fast-moving startup workplace

- Preference will be given to candidates from top-tier engineering institutes and colleges

Ideal Candidate

An engineer + operator who can understand the technology, solve problems on the ground, and work directly with the founders to build and scale the plant.
