Role Description The Holiday Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Aligarh, responsible for guiding customers through the process of selecting and booking holiday packages. On a typical day, the Holiday Expert meets or communicates with clients to understand their travel needs, suggests suitable destinations and itineraries, and explains package features, pricing, and terms. The role involves coordinating bookings with suppliers, confirming reservations, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are accurately documented. The Holiday Expert responds to inquiries, resolves issues, and provides after-sales support to ensure a smooth travel experience.



The position also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, offers, and travel regulations, and contributing to promotional activities or local marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to listen carefully and provide explicit, helpful guidance to diverse travelers.
- Ability to plan and organize travel itineraries, manage multiple bookings, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and scheduling.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel options, including destinations, transportation, accommodation types, and seasonal considerations.
- Comfort with using computers and common office software; ability to learn booking systems or travel management tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle changes, delays, or customer concerns calmly and professionally.
