Role Overview

DropX Logistics is looking for an Amazon EDSP experienced Team lead to manage end-to-end last-mile operations at Perumbavoor station. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving delivery performance, optimizing costs, and ensuring consistent service quality across all DropX stations.

Key Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

n

Prior experience working in Amazon Last Mile EDSP Operations is mandatory.

n

The candidate must have previous experience:

n

• Managing Amazon EDSP (Delivery Service Partner) operations

n

Candidates without Amazon last-mile operations experience will not be considered.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Own end-to-end last-mile operations across DropX Perumbavoor station

n

• Drive station performance against key operational metrics and client SLAs.

n

• Manage and improve delivery performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.

n

• Lead station support executives & delivery associates under the assigned shift

n

• Execute standard operating processes across station





n

• Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

n

• Ensure compliance with Amazon operational requirements and processes.

n

• Manage manpower planning, productivity, and resource optimization.

n

• Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.

n

• Work closely with business and client teams to achieve growth and service objectives.

n

Candidate Requirements

n

• Mandatory: Previous experience in Amazon last-mile EDSP operations

n

• 2+ years of experience in last-mile logistics

n

• Solid understanding of Amazon delivery station operations and processes.

n

• Proven ability to lead large teams

n

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.

n

• Experience in cost optimization and operational improvement.

n

• Willingness to travel extensively across operational locations.
