Qualifications

Must be a graduate or MBA

10–15 years of relevant industry experience in Insurance / Insurance Distribution / Broking.

n

- Proven track record of achieving business targets and leading teams.

- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

n

Strong understanding of insurance distribution and market dynamics.
