Job Description

We’re building a large-scale recycling platform focused on recovering maximum value from end-of-life materials. You’ll work directly with the founders to develop the technology and turn it into a commercially scalable operation. Role • Work directly with the founders on technology and operations • Develop and improve material recovery processes • Work across mechanical, thermal, and chemical processes • Take processes from lab → pilot → commercial plant • Improve recovery, purity, efficiency, and cost • Work with machinery and technology vendors • Support plant design, commissioning, and operations • Troubleshoot technical and operational problems • Help build SOPs and improve day-to-day plant performance • Research and develop current ways to recover valuable materials Qualifications • Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering,



or related field • Preferably 3+ years of experience in e-waste, recycling, resource recovery, or related industries • Experience with hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, or separation processes • Hands-on experience with pilot plants, process design, or plant operations • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Comfortable working with vendors, machines, and plant teams • High ownership and willingness to work in a fast-moving startup environment • Preference will be given to candidates from top-tier engineering institutes and colleges Ideal Candidate An engineer + operator who can understand the technology, solve problems on the ground, and work directly with the founders to build and scale the plant.
