Spectral Consultants is hiring for a Global Bank for an exciting AVP – Core Treasury prospect based in Gurgaon .

What We're Looking For
CA – 5+ years experience
MBA from Tier-1 College – 5+ years experience
MBA – 7+ years experience
Strong experience in Treasury OR Product Control + Accounting
Banking / FinTech industry experience preferred
Strong understanding of Treasury products, liquidity, capital and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of Bonds, Derivatives and Accounting Standards
Product Control experience will be an added advantage
Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx,
Python/Copilot or automation is preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Prior team management / people leadership experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery and integrity of daily/monthly financial and regulatory information
Manage end-to-end business unit controls, including P&L; production, analysis and balance sheet substantiation
Support core Treasury activities across Liquidity, Capital, Term Funding, Securitisation, Interest Rate & FX Risk
Produce and support Basel III liquidity metrics and regulatory reporting
Drive data integrity, financial forecasting, modelling and reconciliation
Identify and resolve financial/control issues and provide solutions to senior stakeholders
Lead, mentor and develop team members
