n Job Summary:
n We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant (Inter CA) to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have robust accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, and the ability to work closely with leadership for strategic financial planning.

n Key Responsibilities:
n n Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
n Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
n Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
n Handle audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
n Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
n Maintain proper documentation and accounting records




n Support financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making
n Manage payroll accounting and ensure timely salary processing
n Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders
n Assist in improving financial processes and implementing controls

n Qualifications & Requirements:
n n Intermediate CA (IPCC cleared) – Mandatory
n Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
n 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience
n Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
n Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
n Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
n Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
