TAME Your Goals works with business owners across India. Owners pay a booking fee to schedule a diagnosis call with our founder. This role owns everything that happens between the booking and the call.
Responsibilities
• Call every booked prospect ahead of their appointment to confirm attendance
• Send pre-call material by WhatsApp and email
• Rebook anyone who misses their appointment
• Work through the existing list of prospects who have paid and not yet scheduled
• Maintain the daily tracking sheet accurately
• Report daily on calls made, connected and booked
Requirements
• Clear spoken English, comfortable speaking with senior business people by phone
• Calm,
qualified telephone manner
• Strong organisation and reliable follow-up
• Stable internet connection and a quiet place to work
Preferred but not required
Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or inside sales. Full training is provided, so candidates without it are welcome to apply.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is Rs 30,000 - Rs 35,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
