Associate/ Sr Associate- Sales Location : The Associate – Sales (Luxury & Commercial Sales) will be a key leader driving business development, investor engagement, and deal closures for this platform. The role demands a solid network within the HNI, wealth management, and family office ecosystem, coupled with proven expertise in luxury and commercial real estate sales.
Deliver sales targets by originating and closing deals across luxury and commercial assets.
Network Expansion
Leverage existing networks and forge new partnerships with private bankers, investment advisors, and global investor communities.
Sales Strategy
Provide actionable intelligence on investor sentiment, competitive offerings, and emerging trends to sharpen sales strategy.
Brand Representation
Position RMZ as the partner of choice for wealth creation in Indian real estate.
Experience
MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in luxury real estate, commercial real estate,
High end luxury Residential or wealth management.
~ Exposure to both luxury residential and commercial sales.
~ Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance sales environment.
~ Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
~ Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales execution with investor needs and market trends.
