Role Description
This is a role for someone with active experience in architectural and interior site execution, contractor coordination, project budgeting and timeline management, along with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of residential projects from design to execution and ensure they are delivered with the right balance of design quality, practicality, budget, timeline and attention to detail.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of relevant experience in residential architecture/interiors
- Has active, hands-on site execution experience
- Has robust contractor coordination and management experience
- Has experience managing project budgets, timelines and quality
- Has strong architectural drawing and project management skills
- Is confident in client-facing situations and communicates exceptionally well
- Has strong team management and decision-making skills
- Has an exceptional eye for detail
- Can understand and innovate architectural construction detail.
- Is trustworthy, dependable and takes complete ownership of their work
You’ll lead projects, coordinate with clients, contractors and the design team, review drawings and execution, identify problems early, and ensure the project is delivered to the standard it was designed for.
You will be the point of contact for project progress, and providing updates with the Founder.
