About the Role:

n

At Acurabim, we deliver high-precision BIM and engineering solutions across global commercial, industrial, and residential projects. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MEP-BIM Modeler to join our production team.

n

In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D MEP models (LOD 300 to LOD 400), executing clash detection, and generating accurate shop drawings for international clients.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Develop 3D BIM models for Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems using Autodesk Revit.
n
- Coordinate with Architectural and Structural models to perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
n
- Extract high-quality MEP shop drawings, fabrication spools, sections, and builders work drawings.
n




- Work across project development stages (LOD 300 / 350 / 400) adhering strictly to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
n
- Maintain standard naming conventions, parametric Revit families, and model audit checks.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

n
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
n
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in MEP-BIM modeling (experience with US/UK/International project standards is a plus).
n
- Software Proficiency: Autodesk Revit MEP (Advanced), Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / ACC.
n
- Strong understanding of MEP routing, service clearances, and clash-free coordination workflows.
