ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Relationship & Pre-Sales Manager to manage customer communication from the initial enquiry through pre-sales, site visits, booking and post-sales coordination.

The person will be expected to understand customer requirements, manage consistent follow-ups, support conversions, maintain accurate lead information and ensure that customers receive timely and professional communication throughout their journey.

The selected candidate will report directly to the owner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as a senior point of contact for prospective and existing customers
- Manage enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, digital campaigns and other lead sources
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, preferences and purchase timelines
- Qualify leads and prioritise follow-ups based on customer intent
- Explain project details, pricing, configurations and sales processes clearly
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Follow up with customers after site visits and support the conversion process
- Manage customer communication from enquiry through booking and post-sales
- Coordinate documentation,



payment milestone communication and customer updates
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up schedules and lead statuses
- Ensure no enquiry or customer commitment is missed
- Coordinate with the Sales Head and internal teams to resolve customer queries
- Review lead quality, conversion progress and pending follow-ups
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on calls, site visits, conversions and customer status
- Identify gaps in customer communication and recommend improvements
- Support project launches, campaigns, events and high-volume enquiry periods
- Maintain a professional and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 4 years of relevant qualified experience
- Previous experience in real estate pre-sales, client relationships or sales coordination
- Currently based in Ahmedabad
- Available for a full time, on-site role in Shilaj
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of lead qualification and customer follow-ups
- Experience using CRM software and maintaining sales reports
- Comfortable working with targets, conversion data and performance metrics
- Strong coordination, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities and timelines
- Professional, patient and customer-focused approach
- Working knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi and English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA in marketing, sales or a related discipline
- Experience in Ahmedabad’s residential real estate market
- Experience managing both pre-sales and post-sales communication
- Understanding of digital lead sources and campaign-generated enquiries

SALARY

- Compensation will depend on previous experience, responsibilities handled, sales performance and demonstrated results.
