Keep payroll data clean, organized, and audit-ready always
Manage full & final settlements and off-cycle payrolls
4+ years of payroll experience (you’ve seen enough cycles to know where things break)
~ Strong grip on Indian payroll compliance and taxation
~ Excel skills that go beyond basic sums you’re friends with formulas
~ Ability to handle sensitive data like it’s second nature
