Young Edsplorer Pvt. Ltd. is an experiential learning and educational travel organisation that works with schools to create meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom.

We curate and manage domestic and international educational tours, student travel programs, experiential learning journeys, and school group tours, working closely with schools, students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance International Tour Manager – Europe to accompany and manage a school student group travelling to Europe in October 2026.

This is a project-based opportunity for someone who has genuine hands-on experience managing international school group tours with students and is confident handling the responsibilities that come with travelling with a school delegation.

About the Prospect

The selected Tour Manager will be responsible for accompanying a school group throughout the Europe tour and ensuring the safety, coordination, discipline, communication, logistics, and overall experience of the students and accompanying staff.

This is not a general leisure-tour or individual-travel opportunity.

We are specifically looking for someone who has previously travelled internationally with school/student groups and understands the unique requirements of managing minors and educational groups overseas.

The ideal candidate should have:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in international tour management, student travel, educational travel, or school group tours.
- Personally accompanied school/student groups to Europe at least 3 times.
- Strong practical experience managing students during international tours.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with students, teachers, school representatives, hotels, transport providers, attractions, local partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and people-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in unexpected situations.

A valid Europe/Schengen visa will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities1. School Group Tour Management

- Accompany the student group throughout the Europe tour.
- Ensure the smooth execution of the planned itinerary.
- Coordinate daily schedules, activities, transfers, meals, accommodation, sightseeing, and other tour components.
- Ensure students and accompanying teachers are aware of the day‘s schedule and movement plan.
- Maintain discipline and ensure students follow the agreed group protocols.
- Coordinate closely with the school‘s accompanying teachers and representatives.

2. Student Management & Safety
- Act as a responsible point of contact for students throughout the tour.
- Ensure students remain with the group and follow movement and safety protocols.




- Conduct regular headcounts and ensure no student is left behind during transfers, sightseeing, activities, or other movements.
- Assist students with reasonable travel-related requirements and concerns.
- Handle student queries and concerns calmly and professionally.
- Escalate serious or sensitive matters immediately to the appropriate school representative and Young Edsplorer team.
- Remain alert to student safety, wellbeing, and behavioural requirements throughout the journey.

3. International Travel Coordination
- Coordinate airport arrivals, departures, transfers, check-ins, and group movements.
- Coordinate with airlines, transport providers, hotels, local guides, activity providers, and destination partners.
- Ensure the group follows the planned itinerary and movement schedule.
- Manage changes or delays and coordinate alternative arrangements when required.
- Ensure timely movement between hotels, attractions, educational visits, and other scheduled locations.

4. Europe Tour Execution

The candidate should have practical familiarity with managing student groups across European destinations and be comfortable handling:

- Airport transfers
- Hotel check-ins and check-outs
- Group transportation
- Sightseeing
- Educational visits
- Museums and attractions
- Guided tours
- Meals and group dining
- City transfers
- Inter-city travel
- Group activities
- Daily itinerary management

5. Stakeholder Coordination

You will be required to communicate effectively with:

- Students
- Teachers
- School representatives
- Parents, where required
- Young Edsplorer‘s internal team
- Hotels
- Airlines
- Transport operators
- Local destination partners
- Tour guides
- Activity and attraction providers

The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with different stakeholders is essential.

Mandatory Requirements

Please apply only if you meet the following criteria:

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in international/student/group tour management.

2. Must have previously accompanied school/student groups to Europe at least 3 times.

3. Must have hands-on experience managing school groups or student groups internationally.

4. Excellent spoken English is mandatory.

5. Must be comfortable travelling with and managing student groups.

6. Must be available for the required Europe tour assignment in October 2026.

Preferred

- Valid Schengen/Europe visa.
- Previous experience with Indian school groups travelling to Europe.
- Experience working as an International Tour Manager, Tour Escort, Group Tour Manager, Student Travel Coordinator, Educational Tour Manager, or School Trip Coordinator.
- Experience with educational travel companies, student travel companies,



tour operators, or school tour operators.
- Familiarity with European destinations and inter-city transportation.
- Strong crisis-management and problem-solving skills.
