You will own strategic revenue across current business and existing accounts, working directly with senior stakeholders.
Own and drive complex, high-value B2B sales cycles—from discovery to closure
Build and execute account strategies for mid-market and enterprise customers
Engage with CXOs, founders, and business heads to understand strategic priorities and align solutions
Lead value-based selling conversations, positioning ROI and business outcomes—not just features
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, including business, HR, and procurement
Partner with internal teams (product, customer success, leadership) to win and expand accounts
Own account growth post-sale—driving expansion, cross-sell, and long-term partnerships
5–7 years of experience in enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS sales




~ Strong experience engaging with CXO-level decision-makers
~ Skilled in value-based and consultative selling, with the ability to link product to business impact
~ Strong account management mindset—you think beyond the initial close
~ Willingness to travel and build relationships in person when needed
