Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of a graduate with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools
Excellent command of English, both oral and written, is a must
Solid organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Problem-solving and customer care mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records, files, and registers
Coordinate school events, meetings, and conferences
Maintain inventory
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and transport/facility staff
Ensure compliance with school policies, government regulations, and documentation requirements
Coordinate transportation and school operations and protocols as needed
