Job Responsibilities:

Execute all design and engineering activities within the company.
Play significant role in current designs from the concept stage to the development of prototypes through to finished products ready for manufacture
Ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget.
Implement design processes andbest practices to improve efficiency and quality.
Collaborate withother departments to ensuredesign requirements are met.
Conduct research and development to stay current with industry advancements.
Maintain design and engineering documentation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Create a range of 3D models for a few proposal/production and development systems, products, and components using CAD
Responsibility for the handling of all design and engineering documentation including Request forDesign freeze/release, DesignFailure
Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), DesignVerification/Product Validation (DV & PV) testing.
Present design, costs, changes and budgetary information effectively to senior members and customers and provide regular progress updates
Liaise closely with all departments to fully understand design requirements
Manage customer relationships and handle customer inquiries related to design anddevelopment.




Provide technical support to manufacturing, salesand customer servicedepartments.

B-Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering /Product Management Masters

Skills & Experience:
3 to 8 Yearsin Heavy Engineering Companies
Experience in New Product Introduction, reworking design changes and upgrades through production
Experience in managing a team
Experience in testing and prototyping
