FlixStock is a category-defining fashion-tech company reimagining how the world's fashion brands and retailers create visual content. Through our proprietary AI platform and end-to-end studio solutions — FlixStudio, FlixModel, and Flix3D — we help global brands produce catalog-ready, on-model imagery at scale, in a fraction of the time and cost of traditional photoshoots. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Singapore with a strong creative and production hub in India, we partner with some of the largest fashion houses and e-commerce retailers across the globe.

We're looking for a Creative Director to own our creative vision at the meeting point of fashion, imagery, and technology.

You'll set the creative bar for everything we produce — from AI-generated on-model imagery and brand campaigns to the visual language that defines how global clients experience their products. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of photographers, stylists, video editors, and designers, and act as a trusted creative partner to international clients, not just a delivery lead.

Define and drive the overall creative vision across campaigns, brands, and platforms — spanning AI-led imagery, editorial, video, social, and brand storytelling
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (photographers, video editors, stylists, designers, and creatives)
Translate client and brand briefs into compelling creative concepts, visual directions, and storytelling frameworks
Serve as a client-facing creative lead — presenting ideas, navigating feedback, and building long-term trust with international brands
Set and safeguard the standard for aesthetics, styling accuracy,



brand consistency, and fashion-forward output across everything we ship
Oversee end-to-end creative execution across digital, video, social, print, and brand campaigns
Guide shoots, AI-assisted imagery, and post-production workflows to ensure creative excellence at scale
Partner with strategy, account, product, and production teams to deliver work that is both beautiful and commercially effective
Stay ahead of global fashion, visual, and storytelling trends — and bring that lens to how we use AI in creative
Balance creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and high-throughput delivery expectations

6+ years in advertising, creative, or fashion/lifestyle agencies (or a strong in-house brand studio), with a portfolio that demonstrates range and taste
~ Proven experience working with international clients and global brands
~ Strong leadership experience directing photographers, video editors, stylists, and creative teams
~ Excellent visual, conceptual, and storytelling instincts — with a genuine eye for fashion, garment styling, drape, and fit
~ Experience leading campaigns across digital, social, video, and brand platforms
~ Comfort managing multiple projects in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Experience on global or cross-cultural campaigns
Exposure to premium, D2C, lifestyle, fashion, tech, or brand-led businesses
Solid grasp of production workflows, shoots, and post-production
Curiosity about (or experience with) AI-driven creative and generative imaging
Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones
