Key Responsibilities

-Fund Operations Management

n

n
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
n
- Manage drawdowns, distributions, fund accounting, investor allocations, NAV, cash flows and reconciliations.
n
- Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, banks, RTA, depositories and other service providers.
n
- Handle fund bank and custody account operations, including payments, wire transfers, settlements and reconciliations.
n
- Manage demat issuance of AIF units and related corporate actions.
n

Financial Control & Reporting

n

n
- Preparation and review periodic financial statements and support statutory and internal audits.
n

n

Investor Servicing

n

n
- Complete/Prepare and review investor-provided reporting templates, capital account statements and communications.
n
- Respond to investor queries in a timely manner.
n

n

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

n

n
- Ensure timely tax, regulatory and statutory filings.
n
- Track regulatory changes affecting AIFs and update processes accordingly.
n




- Maintain records for audits, inspections and regulatory reviews.
n

n

Key Skills & Competencies

n

n
- Strong understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations, IFSCA FME Regulations, fund structures and compliance.
n
- Sound knowledge of fund accounting, NAV, reconciliations, investor reporting and financial controls.
n
- Experience in treasury, custody, settlements, audits, filings and investor servicing.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
n
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

Preferred Background

n

n
- AIF, asset management, fund administration or fund accounting experience preferred.
n
- Ability to manage multiple funds simultaneously.
n

n

Educational Qualifications

n

n
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
n

n
