Sometimes that moment gets delayed. An address is incomplete, a customer isn't home, a courier misses a step. We're looking for people who will step in at exactly that point, reach out with warmth, and make sure the order arrives.

This is a voice role. It's also a trust role.

About the role

n

You will be the voice our customers hear when a delivery hasn't gone to plan. Your work is to understand what happened, resolve it with grace, and ensure the order reaches them, before it's returned to us.

- Reach out to customers whose orders are marked as undelivered
n
- Understand the cause, correct the details, resolve any hesitation about the order
n
- Coordinate with our logistics partners to reschedule delivery within the window
n
- Maintain accurate records of every conversation and outcome
n
- Follow through on pending shipments and escalate anything at risk, early
n
- Own your targets: successful deliveries,



RTO reduction, call quality

Who we're looking for

n

n
- A naturally warm, articulate communicator in Hindi, with comfortable English
n
- Someone who can turn a hesitant "no" into a confident "yes", without ever sounding like a script
n
- 1–3 years in outbound calling, e-commerce logistics or customer care. Exceptional freshers are welcome.
n
- Familiar with Excel and CRM or dialer tools
n
- Composed under volume, energised by clear goals
n
- Curious about how orders move, or quick to learn
n
