Job Description - VelivoHR is looking for Client Servicing Executive for one of their client who is a leading digital marketing agency in Mumbai.
Work with agency principals and clients on execution as well as strategic positioning and planning, including brand repositioning and digital transformation initiatives.
Plan and execute digital campaigns along with the agency team on their respective brands, including paid media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Oversee and execute requests in the daily running of the accounts.
Liaison with billing and invoices between the client and agency, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Strategize and execute go-to-market plans across the digital ecosystem, which includes strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget, ensuring a proven track record in launching successful digital campaigns.
Be a team player and mentor a young team of executives, copywriters,
and designers, developing and leading training sessions to upskill junior team members.
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive with 1 - 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with a preference for experience in social media, influencer marketing or other specialised areas.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client’s business and digital marketing, including strategic planning tools and methodologies (e.g., Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills, and the ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
Solid, demonstrated understanding of client servicing and team management.
Should understand the latest trends on social media and their role for the assigned brands, with familiarity of social media analytics.
