Designation: Lead/Sr. Manager - Leasing & Expansion

Location : Chennai, flexible to travel to Coimbatore as well

Experience : 8-12 years

Prerequisites of the Job:

n

n
- Should have experience executing office/commercial property acquisition and leasing transactions.
n
- Should have robust relationships with landlords and property owners in Chennai and Coimbatore
n
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
n
- Experience working on Revenue Sharing / Management Contract deals is a plus
n
- Understanding of CRM tools, Zoho is a plus
n
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
n
- Excellent verbal communication skills
n

Roles and Responsibilities :

n

- Experience in transaction execution (Client meetings, understanding requirement and specifications, LOI/ATL, Lease Deed, deal closure and LD registration).
n




- Good relationship with relevant developers and clients.
n
- Doing location analysis and best Product fit for the micro market
n
- In Depth market research and intel of the micro market
n
- Maintaining excellent brokers relations and market reach
n
- Creating property options and filtering the best fit options from the market
n
- Doing site visits and preparing an in depth property specification report.
n
- Gathering property specific market intel in terms of competition and market rental
n
- Running financial numbers and feasibility reports
n
- Communicating with internal and external clients & channel partners
n
- Keeping schedules, meetings and team work progress intact
n
