Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Recent Delhi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline of prospects, and drive revenue growth for TrustSignal.io.
The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new accounts. The Business Development Executive will track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and feedback from the market.
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
Business and Account Management capabilities to manage pipelines, maintain client relationships, and drive long-term growth.
Experience or familiarity with SaaS, CPaaS, or customer engagement platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data analysis to track activities and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
