We are seeking a dedicated Tour Manager to join our team in Rajkot, India. This role involves organizing and managing travel arrangements for groups, ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Planning and Organizing Tours**: You will design travel itineraries, book transportation, accommodations, and activities. Your goal is to create memorable experiences.

2. **Client Communication**: Engage with clients before, during, and after tours to ensure their needs are met. Providing high-quality customer service is essential.

3. **Budget Management**: You will manage tour budgets by negotiating with suppliers and keeping expenses within the planned amounts, allowing for a profitable tour.

4. **Problem-Solving**: Address any issues that arise during tours, such as schedule changes or customer concerns, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, suppliers,



and local guides to coordinate tours effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a degree and 1-2 years of experience in tour management or similar roles. Robust communication skills are a must, along with excellent organizational abilities. You should be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in computer skills and travel management tools will be beneficial.
