Job Description Department: Chairman’s Office n Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) n Job Location : Kolkata n n Key Responsibilities n n Provide strategic financial and corporate advisory support to the Chairman and senior management. n Lead/support IPO, M&A;, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and fundraising initiatives. n Coordinate with merchant bankers, investment banks, auditors, legal advisors and other external consultants. n Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, financial modelling and transaction analysis. n Prepare financial analysis, business plans, presentations and MIS for the Chairman’s review. n Monitor financial performance and provide insights on key risks and opportunities. n Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and strategic information. n n n Qualification & Experience n n Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory. n Approximately 10–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment banking, merchant banking, M&A;, capital markets, or a similar strategic finance workplace. n Experience of working on IPO / M&A; / fundraising transactions will be highly preferred. n n
