About the Role

n

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing/recruitment and be comfortable working in the US shift.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
n
- Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
n
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and compensation.
n
- Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job requirements.
n
- Identify and engage candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
n
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
n
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
n
- Negotiate compensation, rates, and other employment terms as required.
n
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
n
- Achieve individual recruitment targets and contribute to overall team goals.
n
- Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, job market conditions, and staffing practices.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
n
- Good understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
n
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
n
- Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles such as Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Business Analyst, etc.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
n
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
n
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and ATS systems.
n
- Willingness to work in the 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift.
