- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

- B.Com, M.Com or CA preferred.

- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent with ERP certification/proficiency.

Role Overview
n
We are looking for an experienced RTR Tower Lead to manage end-to-end Record to Report operations, service delivery, people management, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation. Candidates with experience in BPO, BPM, Shared Services or GCC environments will be preferred.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Own and manage end-to-end RTR operations, ensuring SLA, KPI, quality, productivity, and service delivery targets.
n
- Manage core RTR processes including General Ledger, journal entries, month-end/year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, accruals, financial reporting, consolidation, and audit support.
n
- Lead and mentor finance teams, manage resource planning and utilization, and drive team performance.
n
- Manage client and senior stakeholder relationships, governance reviews, escalations, risks, and performance reporting.
n
- Lead finance transitions, process migrations, standardization, automation,
and transformation initiatives.
n
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.
n
- Drive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects.
n
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
n
- Collaborate with other finance towers and functions to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
n

Required Skills
n
n
- 10–15 years of strong RTR experience, with 7+ years in leadership, people management, process management, transition, or transformation.
n
- Robust Finance and Accounting domain expertise.
n
- Lean Six Sigma certification or formal training; Black Belt preferred.
n
- Proven experience leading or mentoring Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.
n
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong experience with SAP or JD Edwards (JDE).
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
n
- Experience in BPO/Shared Services/GCC environment preferred.
n
- Exposure to Oracle, BlackLine, Hyperion, Power BI, RPA, or finance automation is an advantage.
