Job Role: Plant Quality
Responsible for periodic checks in line
Handson experience in usage of quality gauges (Vernier, height gauge, Roughness tester etc.) & identify the need for a recent instrument for part qualification
Responsible to validating the Boundary samples & Poka Yoke in line.
Responsible for in-house concern management
Raise internal complaints, participate in Gemba analysis & follow up for action closure
Valuable understanding on 8D
Responsible for preparing weekly reports
Responsible for analyzing the weekly rejection data & follow up with CFT for 8D report.
Responsible for monitoring the Teardown station.
