Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end import processes, ensuring timely shipment execution and documentation accuracy.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers for shipment schedules and necessary documentation.
Review and verify import documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, insurance documents, and other statutory paperwork.
Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and government policies.
Track shipment status and proactively resolve operational delays or documentation issues.
Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and regulatory documents.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Certification in Import-Export Management is an added advantage.
Possess solid knowledge of customs procedures, import documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrate excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
