Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the JDE technical team and manage technical deliverables, reviews, meetings, and timelines.
Work hands-on with APPLs, UBEs, TCs, ER Debugger, NER, C BSFN/BSFN debugging, and Workflows.
Develop and support solutions using BSSV, Orchestrator, CafeOne, Form Personalization, and Form Externalization.
Design and develop interfaces and support integration requirements.
Prepare technical specifications, technical documentation, and development deliverables.
Provide technical support across CRP, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live phases.
Work closely with functional consultants to gather and analyze technical requirements.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
Collaborate with functional and testing teams for unit and functional testing.
Handle data migration activities and related technical requirements.
Support JDE implementation, upgrade, AMS, and rollout projects.
Mentor and manage technical team members and ensure quality deliverables.
Communicate effectively with clients, functional teams, testing teams, and other stakeholders.
Work independently and manage multiple technical activities as required.
