Job Description:

We're seeking a energetic and technically proficient IT Recruiter who excels at sourcing candidates for niche IT roles within contract staffing environments. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, solid knowledge of IT skillsets, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for specialized IT roles across technologies
Partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand staffing requirements
Use advanced sourcing strategies via social media, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions




Required Skills & Qualifications:
minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on contract staffing and niche tech roles
Excellent understanding of various IT technologies and terminologies
Proficient in sourcing tools: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to meet tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or Technical education background is a plus
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience working with CMM Level 5 company.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Knows how to work on difficult skills and get a closure
