Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end management of NBBL and Bharat Connect social media channels.
Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business and marketing priorities.
Work closely with creative agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand content and ensure timely execution.
Monitor agency performance, provide creative direction and drive innovation through platform-first and trend-led ideas.
Identify opportunities to increase engagement through topical content, campaigns and community interactions.
Track and improve key social media KPIs including follower growth, engagement, reach, impressions and video performance.
Analyze platform insights and recommend optimization strategies based on data.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across marketing, product,
PR and business teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, formats and best practices.
Key Skills and Experience Required
Relevant experience in social media or digital marketing.
Solid understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and YouTube.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling and content planning skills.
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for building engaging digital communities.
Growth in followers and community engagement.
Timely execution of content calendars and campaigns.
Strong agency management and delivery excellence.
AI-enabled mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools and insights to drive smarter decision-making and enhance outcomes.
