About the role:

UniTracko is hiring Inside Sales Executives to drive our sales engine. You'll be on calls with schools, institutes, and partners pitching, following up, and booking meetings that turn into deals. If you're a strong talker who wants a real sales career (not a support desk job), this is where you start.

What you'll do:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries from leads, prospects, and partners
Follow up consistently and keep the pipeline warm and moving
Book meetings and product demos for the business development team




Pitch UniTracko's offering clearly and handle common objections
Maintain accurate CRM records calls, notes, next steps
Work closely with BD and marketing to hit shared monthly targets

What we're looking for:
Confident, explicit communication in English and Hindi you should enjoy being on the phone
03 years experience. Freshers are welcome we'll train you
Any graduate
Coachable, organised, and consistent with follow-ups
Basic comfort with Excel/Google Sheets

Bonus points for:
Internship or experience in EdTech or the education sector
Prior inside sales, tele-calling, or customer-facing experience
Exposure to any CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
